I always wished that tattoos weren't so permanent. I think a tattoo is a really cool accessory at times, but wouldn't want the same one forever.

that's genius. do they make neck stockings because there are a lot of days i wish i had a small tatoo on my neck under my right ear. (kidding about the neck stockings. not kidding about sometimes wanting a neck tat.)
