just do it.

it's hard starting a diet. I UNDERSTAND! i've been on some sort of weight loss program since I was in second grade. no exaggeration. there are so many flaky, unhealthy, ridiculous lose weight quick scams out there that could really damage your body. believe me. here's an awesome website that will help you find the most suitable weight loss program. stop wishing and saying and hoping.. just try it out. put your mind to it, figure out a system, and just eat right!

Exactly! All you have to do is eat less and eat foods that are as close to natural as possible. Ex: NOT processed foods. No gimmics no "diet". The best thing to do for your metabolism is eat 6 small meals a day. Every 3 hours. Eat something natural and healthy but in small portions. This will speed up your metabolism rather than eating 3 huge meals a day. If you need any advice, let me know. This is going to be my profession. :-)
